Hiring for India’s leading climate-tech startup company in Maharashtra.

Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to leads received and schedule appointments for the sales team.

● Handle inbound customer calls and schedule appointments according to the sales

team's availability.

● Conduct cold calling from various databases to schedule appointments for the sales

team.

● Effectively sell our services over the phone and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

● Female candidate required.

● Excellent command of English, Marathi, and Hindi is essential.

● Proficiency in using Excel and other CRM functions.

● At least 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
