Role Overview
As the Inside Sales Head, you will be responsible for building and scaling our Inside Sales team to drive revenue growth across international markets. You’ll design winning sales strategies, nurture client relationships, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the Inside Sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
  • Align with marketing and business teams to maximize lead conversion.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide leadership insights for decision-making.
  • Implement CRM and sales automation best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in Inside Sales leadership.
  • Proven track record in scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in SaaS / IT / travel technology (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
