We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to support our global sales function by identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and driving early-stage client engagement for our K–12 publishing and EdTech services.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in B2B outreach, international lead qualification, pipeline building, and sales enablement, particularly within the education sector.

You will work closely with the Business Development and Sales Managers to support revenue growth and nurture prospective client relationships across the US, UK, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities in the K–12 publishing and EdTech sector.

Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers.

Build a strong pipeline of warm and high-intent leads, ensuring consistent weekly/monthly conversion.

Inside Sales & Client Engagement:

Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess client needs and project requirements.

Schedule meetings, demos, or solution discussions for the Sales / BD leadership team.

Support the creation of tailored proposals, capability decks, and follow-up communication.

Sales Operations & Collaboration:

Work with marketing to run targeted demand-generation campaigns.

Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and track lead progress through the pipeline.

Share weekly reports on performance metrics, outreach efficiency, and pipeline health.

Revenue & Performance Ownership:

Contribute directly to quarterly lead-generation and opportunity-creation goals.

Assist in early stage nurturing to increase conversion rates and support deal closure cycles.

Continually optimize outreach strategies to improve engagement quality and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

3–6 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.

Prior experience in EdTech, K–12 publishing, outsourcing, or B2B sales preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage international clients.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms.`

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred:

Experience working in global markets (US/UK).

Ability to craft compelling outreach messages and consultative conversations.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in lead qualification.
