Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Lahore. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, generating and nurturing leads, and contributing to account management. The role involves regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions to enhance their business growth.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Proficiency in Account Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
