Job Type: Full-time (Call-Based Sales)
Experience: 4–5 years
Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 250,000 / month (depending on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls and close deals with potential clients.
• Present and promote AZSolTech’s digital services (Web Design, AI Automation, Branding, etc.).
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Compensation Details:

• Monthly Sales Target: $5,000–$10,000
• Attractive commission and bonus structure for high performers.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive mindset.
• Experience in customer acquisition and closing high-value deals preferred.
