Job Position: Sales Associate

Location: Pune (Narhe Office)

Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Education: MBA Marketing ( Civil, Mech Graduation preferred)

Experience: 1-2 years: B2B, International Sales (US), Lead generation, Cold calling.


Requirements:

Outstanding communication skills in verbal, written and presentation

Strong client management skills and a confident negotiator

Good sales acumen, knowledge of CRM A go-getter, detail & result oriented

Excellent internet / web research capability Ability to cope with competing demands and take initiatives accordingly

A person with high energy levels and openness to learn new things


Job Description:

Prospecting & Research

Identify and prioritize high value accounts

Source and verify contact information using modern tools

Multi Channel Outreach

Execute personalized sequences across calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS

Craft messages using our ICP framework, and vertical specific value proposition

Follow a structured cadence to consistently fill the top of funnel

Lead Hand off & Collaboration

Brief Account Executives with clear context, notes, and next step recommendations

Maintain accurate activity and stage updates in CRM

Share real time feedback with Marketing to refine targeting and messaging

Continuous Learning & Improvement

Participate in regular role plays, call reviews, and objection handling sessions

Contribute insights to our content library - case studies, scripts.
