Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Commack, NY.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at educating customers, building relationships, anddriving sales of our interior product line. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of effectively communicating technical product information to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their needs and recommend appropriate cases.
  • Educate customers on product specifications, benefits, and ensure informed purchasing decisions.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and proactively follow up on leads to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to provide accurate pricing, availability, and lead-time information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Process quotes, orders, and customer requests efficiently within our CRM and ERP systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to promote our products.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience (experience in AV, Musical instruments a plus).
  • Strong ability to communicate technical product details in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
