We are searching for a self-disciplined, intense salesperson that can close the deal on inbound calls for our packing, storage and moving services. NO COLD CALLING! Our CSR’s work hard to produce thorough estimates and precise schedules to maximize the business.

Skills Needed:

• Proven and verifiable customer service skills
• Strong understanding of conversational selling techniques
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual is a plus
• Understanding of and commitment to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core values.
• Demonstrated ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the following Microsoft applications:
• Excel
• Word
• Outlook
• Ability to take on a high volume of inbound calls with a positive attitude
• Ability to build trust with a customer through the phone conversation
