Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calling and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Your focus will be on technology sales, leveraging your customer service skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market opportunities and enhance sales efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inside sales or related field, preferably in Medical Sales.
  • Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on lead generation.
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new technologies and market trends.

Experience:

  • Medical sales: 1 year (Required)

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
