Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will provide consistent and organized customer and prospect-outreach. You’ll work closely with the Directors of Sales and Sales Operations to qualify for new leads, onboard customers and projects, direct technical traffic, support marketing campaigns, and implement sales strategies, as driven by management. You do not need to be a radiation expert when you start. You do need to learn fast, work smart, and follow-through. This role requires strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to take initiative in supporting and progressing customer opportunities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Follow-up and follow through with customers and prospects after meetings, quotes, onboarding steps, and campaigns for reinforcement (anti-drift)
  • Customer Proposals and quotes in collaboration with Sales Director and Customer Success Team.
  • Own and progress lower-complexity opportunities end-to-end, including initial qualification, follow-up, and closing where appropriate
  • Flag questions or gaps in the customer journey for proactive solutions
  • Keep CRM notes clear, clean, and current. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate services.
  • Maintain detailed records using CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce) and internal tools (OneNote, CoPilot etc.) Including new technology onboarding.
  • Support marketing content development (customer presentations, simple ads, social media).
  • Drive pre-show outreach and contact generation, including targeted prospecting, meeting scheduling, and campaign coordination
  • Execute structured post-show follow-up to convert leads into qualified opportunities
  • Creating LinkedIn lists, targeted campaigns and working closely with sales management to target key accounts
  • Routine and consistent campaign initiation and management.
  • Various other sales support activities as needed during high-travel periods.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Associates degree in relevant field (life sciences, business or related) or equivalent to 2-4 years of experience in customer support, or related roles (medical device or pharmaceutical industry a plus).
  • Ability to effectively read, write and verbally communicate in English.
  • Team player and willing to work with others across the business.
  • Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision.
  • Ability to report mistakes, faults, and accidents to management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities.

Base + Commission + 100% Remote
