Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Telemarketers)

Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Stratus Building Solutions, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by effectively generating leads, conducting data mining activities, and initiating cold calls via email and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to set appointments for our sales team to provide janitorial cleaning quotes for commercial properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting targeted data mining to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Initiating outbound calls and emails to prospects to generate interest and schedule appointments.
  • Understanding client needs and effectively communicating the value of Stratus Building Solutions' services.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads and appointments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Outbound B2B cold calling is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in G Suite.
  • Knowledge of the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
