Job Designation : Inside Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Qualify leads based on their needs and potential.
Sales Calls & Client Engagement
- Conduct international & domestic sales calls to understand client requirements, present product solutions, and nurture relationships throughout the pre-sales phase.
Market & Competitor Research
- Monitor industry trends and competitor products to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary resources and support in closing deals.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored support to ensure a positive experience.
- Understanding of sales processes and ability to assist in deal closure and customer negotiations.
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and compelling product demos and presentations to clients.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or sales administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with the stages of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, is important.
- 0-2 years of experience preferred.
