JOB PROFILE:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads.

Collaborate with the marketing, business and field sales teams to align strategy and improve lead
quality.

Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions for the team.

Monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Manage the CRM system effectively and ensure accurate data entry and tracking.

Handle escalations and key client communications when required.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

3+ years of experience in inside sales/relationship sales role, with at least 1 year in a
leadership/mentoring role.

Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho,
Salesforce, HubSpot).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive team performance.

Target-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
