Inside Sales - Team Lead

JOB PROFILE:

Mode: Work from Office

Work Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, business and field sales teams to align strategy and improve lead


quality.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions for the team.
  • Monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Manage the CRM system effectively and ensure accurate data entry and tracking.
  • Handle escalations and key client communications when required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales/relationship sales role, with at least 1 year in a


leadership/mentoring role.

  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho,


Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive team performance.
  • Target-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
