Job Title: Inside Sales Trainer
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Work from office)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Trainer responsible for training, coaching, and improving the performance of our inside sales team. The role involves onboarding new joiners, conducting regular refresher trainings, call audits, and continuously working to improve sales conversion and communication quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding & product training for new inside sales hires
Design and deliver training modules on sales pitch, objection handling, soft skills & CRM usage
Monitor daily call performance & conduct regular call audits
Organize mock calls, role-plays & feedback sessions to improve conversion
Track training effectiveness & share improvements with management
Collaborate with sales managers to understand performance gaps and update training content accordingly
Maintain training reports, performance trackers, and MIS
Develop refresher training sessions based on call analysis & market feedback

Required Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of experience in inside sales training / telesales coaching / sales enablement
Strong communication, presentation & people management skills
Experience in improving sales metrics through structured training
Hands-on experience in call monitoring, sales pitch correction & feedback delivery
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
Ability to motivate and groom sales teams

Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience in BFSI, EdTech, Healthcare, SaaS, or Consumer Sales industry is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
