Position Overview
The Inspector Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and supporting our nationwide inspector network. This position ensures inspections are completed on time, assists inspectors with questions, and coordinates communication between inspectors, clients, and internal leadership.
This role requires strong organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inspector Network Support
•
Communicate daily with inspectors regarding work status and completion timelines
•
Monitor inspector performance and identify delays in completing assigned inspections
•
Respond to inspector questions related to property locations, forms, and inspection requirements
•
Provide support through phone, messaging, and email
Inspection Coordination
•
Manage inspection assignments through InspectorADE
•
Reassign work between inspectors as needed to ensure timely completion
•
Coordinate coverage for inspections outside an inspector's territory
•
Monitor inspection queues and maintain accurate updates on the company dashboard
Past Due Order Management
•
Identify aged and overdue inspections
•
Follow up with inspectors to determine delay reasons and expected completion dates
•
Take ownership of extremely aged orders to ensure completion
Follow-Up Inspections
•
Coordinate corrections and follow-up requests with inspectors
•
Communicate estimated completion timelines to clients
•
Assist inspectors and clients with clarification on follow-up requirements
New Inspector Support
•
Monitor new inspectors during their first 30 days
•
Ensure they are completing initial downloads and beginning inspections
•
Conduct check-in calls to support onboarding and answer questions
Unassigned Order Management
•
Assign inspections in the unassigned queue to nearby inspectors
•
Communicate coverage gaps to leadership for long-term solutions
Client Communication
•
Provide status updates on delayed inspections when requested
•
Work with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met
Qualifications
Required
•
Operational knowledge of the mortgage field services industry
•
Experience working with national providers (MCS, Cyprexx, ServiceLink, etc.)
•
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data organization, reporting)
•
Experience with Outlook
•
Experience with Microsoft Teams
•
Extensive knowledge of InspectorADE back-office operations
•
Excellent communication and organizational skills
