Job Summary:

Receive inbound Field Service calls / request and dispatch service centers and parts in respond to these request. Field Service Dispatcher shall proactively schedule contract maintenance from Field Service sales and reconcile service reports and invoices from Field Service centers to the appropriate service dispatch request

Responsibilities:

  • Take all incoming Field Service Retail Service calls and dispatch Service Centers.
  • Perform various clerical duties requiring a general knowledge of organization and working with other employees.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, and calculators.
  • Process Service Orders and data entry into ERP system.
  • Prepare reports summarizing Service Calls.
  • Coordinate all Field Service request calls including updating customer service.
  • Process warranty claims and billable service calls for Department orders.
  • Coordinate shipping of warranty replacements and repair items.
  • Any other duties defined by management.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Travel:

  • Limited as needed

Education and Certifications Required: A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required. An Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in customer service.
  • Team player and team builder, curiosity, takes pride in ownership of tasks, hunger to learn and develop new systems, improve old systems, management of customer relationships, and development of new customer relationships.
  • Familiarity or comfort learning new organization software; knowledge of product, international travel policies and requirements is a plus.
  • Ability to assume responsibility, be flexible, perform duties and handle multiple tasks under potentially stressful conditions.
  • Takes initiative and is proactive in addressing issues. Quickly and efficiently completes tasks.
  • The ability to demonstrate conscientiousness, dependability and commitment to the role, team and company.
