Instagram Shopping Operations Specialist

Location: Dubai International City

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the company’s Instagram Shopping account, including daily operations, content planning, posting, and community engagement.

2. Handle product listing, tagging, pricing updates, and inventory synchronization to ensure accurate and up-to-date shop information.

3. Create and publish engaging content such as Reels, posts, and stories to promote products and increase traffic and sales conversion.

4. Analyze performance data, audience insights, and sales metrics to generate reports and optimize operation strategies.

5. Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, discount promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.

6. Stay updated on Instagram algorithm changes, trending topics, and competitor activities to adjust content and posting strategies in a timely manner.

7. Collaborate closely with design, photography, and e-commerce teams to enhance brand image and user shopping experience.

8. Manage paid advertising through Meta Ads Manager and optimize ad performance to improve ROI.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, New Media, or related fields.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in social media operations; experience in managing Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook Shop accounts is preferred.

3. Proficient in Instagram Shopping features, Meta Business Suite, and third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).

4. Strong English communication and writing skills; able to produce high-quality product descriptions and social posts in English.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust content or ad strategies accordingly.

6. Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand tone.

7. Proactive, responsible, and an excellent team player with good coordination skills.

8. Passion for overseas markets, fashion, beauty, fitness, or lifestyle content is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
