INSTALL COORDINATOR (HVAC/PLUMBING)

Warm Welcome Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is a fast-growing Denver-based plumbing & air conditioning company.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re hiring an Install Coordinator with deep ServiceTitan expertise who can transform a good install department into a great one.

You’ll own our entire installation department—scheduling, purchasing, warehouse management, and building a true inventory system within ServiceTitan.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Serve as the central command for install operations—every job scoped, scheduled, and staged with precision.
• Build and implement a ServiceTitan-based inventory process that gives us full visibility on materials, job costing, and usage.
• Audit and improve how materials move—from vendor purchase to job completion.
• Coordinate daily installs with techs, dispatch, and customers.
• Stage and verify all materials the day before each job.
• Issue purchase orders, negotiate with vendors, and track spend per job.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse with documented systems and access controls.
• Pull permits, register warranties, and process rebates.
• Audit completed jobs to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and increase gross margin.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical installation operations.
• Expert-level understanding of ServiceTitan (inventory, purchasing, workflows, and reporting).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to think in systems, not tasks.
• Clear, professional communication with both field teams and customers.
• Pride in running a tight ship—organized trucks, clean data, zero waste.

Projected Total Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
