Installation Supervisor

ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee on-site installation works for retail and showroom fit-out projects. The role is responsible for supervising trades, coordinating installation activities, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with approved drawings, specifications, and brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Ø Supervise day-to-day installation activities on site for retail and showroom fit outs

Ø Coordinate subcontractors, installers, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations

Ø Ensure installations are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Ø Monitor site progress and report regularly to the Project Manager

Ø Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures

Ø Identify and resolve site issues, clashes, and installation challenges

Ø Verify correct installation of finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)

Ø Support snagging, defect resolution, and final handover activities

Ø Ensure site housekeeping and logistics are well managed

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualification

Technical diploma or trade background in construction, carpentry, joinery, or related field (preferred). Health & Safety certification (preferred)

Experience

Proven experience as an Installation Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role within retail, showroom, or commercial fit-out. UAE experience essential

Industry Preference

Retail/Showroom fit out, Joinery, construction.

Skills & Competencies

Experience coordinating multiple trades in fast-track environments, Good communication skills and a hands-on, proactive approach

Other attributes

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools, build and manage Gnatt charts
