Installation Supervisor - Electrical Appliances

Position: Installation Supervisor
Location: Karachi & Hyderabad
Salary: Gross 90,000 (with incentives up to 120,000)
Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising installation teams, managing daily field operations, and ensuring timely and quality installations while meeting company KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily installation operations and manage field teams.
• Prepare daily deployment plans and allocate installation teams efficiently.
• Ensure same-day / 24-hour installation targets are achieved.
• Monitor job progress, completion status, and pending cases.
• Conduct field visits to ensure compliance with installation SOPs and safety standards.
• Handle escalated customer cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Store, and Accounts for smooth operations.
• Monitor installer performance, productivity, and material usage.
• Review job sheets and ensure proper system closure.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on installation performance and KPIs.

Requirements:

• DAE / Technical Diploma / Graduate with 3–5 years of relevant experience in installation or field service supervision.
• Good technical knowledge of installation processes and tools.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Rs90,000.00 per month
