Role Overview:
As an Installer, you’ll be responsible for the professional installation of motorized patio screens and shades. You’ll work on residential and light commercial projects, ensuring every installation meets our high standards of quality, function, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Install motorized patio screens and interior shades according to company standards
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and ladders
• Ensure proper fit, alignment, and function of all shades
• Maintain a clean and professional work site
• Perform job site quality checks and client walkthroughs after installation
• Communicate effectively with the project manager and sales team about any issues
• Provide outstanding service and represent Tulsa Shade Co. with professionalism

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or installation preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of shades, screens, or AV installation is a plus (training provided)
