Institutional Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Institutional Sales Manager to develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, driving sales growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies for institutional clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of institutional sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B or institutional sales is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary: PKR 150,000 per month (plus incentives).
