Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Instructional Designer Fellow to join our remote team for a 6-month fellowship. This role is perfect for individuals who wish to apply instructional design strategies to real-world educational projects and contribute to the digital transformation of Pakistan’s learning ecosystem.

As an Instructional Designer Fellow, you will work closely with subject matter experts and multimedia teams to design, develop, and deliver interactive, high-impact e-learning courses.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Experience Design:
Use instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to plan engaging course structures, define learning objectives, and develop effective assessments.

Storyboarding & Prototyping:
Create detailed storyboards and prototypes for interactive learning modules, videos, and other digital learning materials.

Content Development:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform raw material into clear, well-structured, and learner-centered educational content.

Multimedia Integration:
Incorporate visuals, graphics, audio, and video elements to enhance engagement and comprehension.

LMS Management:
Upload, organize, and test course materials in Learning Management Systems (LMS) for smooth learner access and functionality.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
Gather learner feedback and analyze performance data to refine and improve course quality and impact.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry , Educational Technology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models, learning principles, and adult learning theories.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into engaging learning content.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with graphic design or video editing tools.
• Awareness of accessibility guidelines and WCAG standards.
• A portfolio showcasing previous e-learning or instructional design work.
