As the Instructional Designer, you are responsible for creating and implementing engaging learning materials and experiences that align with organizational objectives - primarily instructionally designed content to be delivered in a SCORM package via Storyline and other learning design tools, to the Rotana Interactive Skills Enhancement (RISE) platform. You will produce highly engaging interactive e-learning and video content for all topics related to Learning & Development. You will also assist in designing instructor led training content for use through PowerPoint and other similar formats. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), using instructional design principles, and leveraging technology to support employee development and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou should preferably hold a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, with solid experience in developing SCORM compliant e learning using tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, or Adobe Captivate.
Education, Qualifications & ExperiencesYou must be proficient in instructional design principles, LMS management, and the creation of both e learning and instructor led training materials, with strong communication skills in English.
Further ExperienceFurthermore, experience working with SMEs, using AI tools for content development, and staying up to date with Learning & Development trends is essential.
