- Experience of preparation/ Reviewing I&C Deliverables,
- Specification preparation, Technical Bid evaluation & vendor drawing review - Control System (PLC/ DCS/ ESD), Field Instruments, Gas Analyzers, F&G System, Control Valve/ On Off Valves, I&C Cables etc.,
- Sizing calculation / Selection of Control Valve, Flow Element, Instrument Selection as per Hazardous Area classification, I&C cable Sizing etc.
- Preparation/ Review of Control System Configuration Drawing, Instrument Index, I/O List, JB Schedule, I&C Cable Interconnection Drawings, UPS load List, Data Sheets of Instruments, valves, Level Setting Diagram etc.
- DCS/ PLC Control System engineering, knowledge & understanding of Control concept, Cause & effect diagram, Control Narratives
- Preparation of Instrument Hook Up Drawings, Instrument Location Layout
- Preparation of MTO, Work volume
- Knowledge & understanding of I&C Codes & Standards (Flow instrument sizing, Control Valve Sizing, Hazardous area, NFPA, etc)
