Insurance Advisor – Tele sales

Job Responsibilities:
Present product benefits and features effectively through telephone calls by using clear scripts and tailored messaging to acquire new business and generate revenue.
Handle leads by tracking and following up through CRM tools or call logs to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new revenue-generating opportunities to contribute to individual and company growth objectives.
Recommend sales script adjustments by analyzing customer responses and preferences to better engage prospects and increase conversion rates.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives with prospective customers for technical products to facilitate face-to-face discussions and support sales closure.
Report achieved targets on a regular basis using internal reporting tools to provide performance insights and track progress against goals.
Report customer issues or requests by communicating promptly to relevant teams to ensure quick resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in tele sales/outbound calling experience.
