Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent. Based in Markaz Sohag, this position offers a blend of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Agent will engage with potential and existing clients to provide solutions tailored to their needs, promote insurance products, and meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, offering excellent customer service, and staying informed about MetLife’s insurance products and services.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and address client needs effectively

Proven proficiency in Sales and expertise in the Insurance industry

Ability to deliver training and guidance to clients regarding insurance products and related services

Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a hybrid environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Prior experience in a similar sales or customer-focused role is advantageous
