As an Insurance and Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing records related to property insurance, leases, and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep detailed records of property purchases and sales, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and updated in our system.Oversee insurance payment schedules, manage renewals, and ensure coverage is maintained without interruption. Handle cancellations or modifications when properties are sold or removed from the portfolio.Ensure that all property records are securely stored, easily accessible, and compliant with legal and company standards.Work closely with the finance, legal, and property management teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
