Insurance Sales Advisor

Role Overview:

This is a tele-sales role you can do from anywhere in India without any field work.

We are looking for a highly motivated Insurance Sales professionals to promote and sell health and term insurance plans. Your role will involve educating potential customers, guiding them on selecting the right insurance policies, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Promote health and term insurance plans available on the Floatr app.
✅ Generate leads, pitch insurance benefits, and convert potential customers.
✅ Assist users in understanding and selecting suitable insurance coverage.

Requirements:

✔ Experience in insurance sales (health and term insurance) - Atleast 2 years
✔ Strong communication and persuasive skills.
✔ Ability to educate customers and recommend the right solution
✔ Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
✔ Familiarity with digital platforms and mobile apps is a plus.
✔ IRDAI license
