Insurance Sales Representative

The Role
Job Description We are seeking experienced and results-driven Insurance Sales Professionals to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Life, General, and Motor Insurance products within the UAE market and a proven ability to generate and close deals independently. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and are looking to maximize their earnings through a competitive commission structure. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting • Promote and sell Life, General, and Motor Insurance products to individuals and corporate clients • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets • Stay updated with UAE insurance market trends and product knowledge

Requirements
Mandatory • 3–5 years of Insurance Sales experience in the UAE • Proven track record in closing insurance deals Strong knowledge of: • Life Insurance • General Insurance • Motor Insurance • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and achieve targets Preferred • Experience working with an insurance brokerage firm • Strong understanding of UAE insurance regulations and market dynamics
