Insurance Telecaller

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Insurance Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and generating leads or closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain insurance products and benefits clearly and accurately
• Answer customer queries and follow up on leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures and documentation

Requirements

• Prior experience as a telecaller or in insurance sales is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work under targets

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with a pleasant phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
• Female candidates preferred
