Overview
We are seeking a proactive Intake Coordinator / Social Media Marketer / Billing Clerk who has excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client intake procedures, including initial intake calls and factual investigation, scheduling follow up, drafting legal services agreements, and setting up new cases in our case management software.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Perform keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, boosting visibility and web traffic while working with attorneys to draft newsletters and legal updates.
  • Manage billing processes, including issuing and editing invoices, tracking payments, and following up with clients for collections.
  • Ensure all marketing and administrative activities adhere to company policies and industry standards, maintaining professionalism and transparency.

Requirements

  • Client focused social skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools to optimize online content and campaigns.
  • Excellent proofreading, editing, and communication skills to craft compelling and accurate content.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, managing client intake, social media, and billing with attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with an emphasis on customer service and public relations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
