We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Intake Specialist with experience in personal injury to join our team. If you're passionate about helping people, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, delivering a compassionate and professional experience.
• Screen and evaluate incoming calls and emails to assess potential personal injury claims.
• Conduct intake interviews by asking a structured series of questions to gather accurate and complete information.
• Accurately enter and manage data in our case management system.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital files.
• Transcribe and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Sign up new clients both over the phone and in-person, ensuring all required documents are collected and properly completed.
• Support the legal and administrative team with various clerical tasks.
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage high call volumes with professionalism.
• Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to streamline intake and client onboarding processes.
• Get documents and police reports
• Do paperwork for new clients.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an intake specialist in a personal injury law firm.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in document management and data entry systems.
• Skilled in handling a fast-paced, high-volume workflow.
• Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to client service excellence.
