Pre-litigation Attorney - Personal Injury

We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney who is vibrant, driven, and ready to take initiative. This role requires someone who thrives in a leadership position, enjoys working collaboratively with case managers, and is motivated to achieve strong results for clients while contributing to the firm’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze demand packages for accuracy and effectiveness
• Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters
• Negotiate medical liens to maximize client recovery
• Lead case managers to push cases forward efficiently
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship within the pre-litigation team
• Maintain strong client communication and deliver excellent client service

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California Bar license (required)
• 1–3 years of experience in personal injury (pre-litigation preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to grow within the firm long-term

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
