About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Integration & Partnerships Specialist to take ownership of all external integrations and partnerships for our Back Office Hub product. You will be responsible for engaging with UAE government authorities (Freezones, DED, Ministry of Finance, DLD/UAEPass, etc.), banks, telcos, and private companies to secure API access, approvals, and partnerships.

This role is critical to ensuring that our tech team can build without bottlenecks — with all agreements, documentation, and integrations secured in advance. By reducing delays and unlocking key integrations, you will make our product highly competitive and attractive for SaaS clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, banks, real estate regulators, and technology partners.
• Lead negotiations, documentation, and sign-off of MoUs, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal product/tech teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update an integration tracker to monitor partner status, requirements, and timelines.
• Validate and provide API documentation and business rules to BAs and Tech Leads for seamless execution.
• Represent the company in external meetings (online and in-person) with professionalism and confidence.
• Anticipate and secure partnerships required for future expansion into the US and other regions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of experience in partnerships, integrations, or business development in the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of government processes, freezones, and regulatory authorities.
• Experience handling legal and technical documentation (MoUs, NDAs, API access requests).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with API documentation, SaaS ecosystems, and fintech/regtech integrations is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple relationships, and drive projects to completion.
