Job Title: Integration Sales Manager
Location:JP Nagar,Banglore
Position Overview:
The Integration Sales Manager will drive sales of integration platforms and services (EAI/EDI, APIs and data pipelines). The role focuses on understanding client needs, positioning integration-driven digital transformation solutions, and achieving revenue targets through enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Integration, API Management, B2B/EDI, iPaaS, and hybrid cloud solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Drive large-scale integration sales across middleware platforms, API gateways, B2B connectivity, cloud integration, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Understand customer IT landscapes, analyse pain points, and propose value-driven integration solutions aligned to business outcomes. • Build and manage C-level relationships (CIOs, IT Directors, Enterprise Architects) while driving account growth through consultative selling and solution positioning.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, requirement analysis, RFP responses, demos, PoCs, pricing negotiations, and deal closure. • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Pre-Sales teams to deliver compelling workshops, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. • Track and manage opportunities in CRM, maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts, revenue projections, and activity logs. • Stay updated on integration market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively. • Proven experience selling integration platforms such as webMethods, MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO, IBM, WSO2, or similar technologies. • Strong understanding of integration patterns, API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, B2B/EDI protocols, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience working with enterprises in Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, Pharma, or Supply Chain domains is highly valued.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of enterprise technology solutions across integration, analytics, data management, and security.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent) and sales tracking tools.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and IT sales processes.
Certifications (Optional):
- Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional).
- IT-related (webMethods, Integration Sales Foundation and Data Exchange Sales Foundation)
Experience:
- 4+ years preferably in EAI/EDI, APIs and data pipelines or Enterprise Middleware domains.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in enterprise or technology-driven environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes that resonate with client decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage at both technical and executive levels. • Collaborative mindset to work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to drive successful client engagements.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
