Location: Falls Church, VA

Hourly: $30-$35/hr

Hours: (M-F) 8am-4:30pm

Ages: 3 ½ yo, 14-month-old twins

Are you an energetic and experienced nanny who thrives in a busy toddler household? A busy family in Falls Church is seeking a professional caregiver to care for their three children, a 3 1/2-year-old and 14-month-old twins. The majority of the day will focus on the twins, while the 3 1/2-year-old attends either a full-day or half-day school program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, engaging little ones in meaningful play, and maintaining a calm, structured environment. The family follows a Montessori-inspired approach and values organization, independence, and thoughtful routines. During the twins’ 2–3 hour nap, assistance with children’s laundry and organizing would be greatly appreciated. The family is looking for someone interactive, proactive, and confident managing multiple young children. Comfort around dogs is important as they have a family dog.

Qualifications⁣

• At least 5 years of recent professional nannying experience⁣
• Must be legal to work in the US
• Must be local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA)
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car⁣
• Must be Covid-vaccinated with recent vaccine or Booster

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
