Interface Manager

• Graduate Engineer (B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline)

Experience Requirements:

• Total Experience: Minimum 8 years

• Relevant Experience in Similar Works (AFC / Metro Project): Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage interface activities across multiple project teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure timely resolution of interface issues to avoid project delays.

• Develop and maintain interface management plans and matrices.

• Facilitate communication between engineering, construction, and client teams.

• Monitor and report interface progress and risks to senior management.

• Support integration of design, procurement, and construction schedules.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.

• Proficiency in project management and interface tracking tools.

• Understanding of engineering and construction workflows.
