Circus Theory is a dynamic interior design and fit-out studio specializing in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically striking spaces. We are seeking a talented Interior Architect to join our team and bring creativity, technical expertise, and precision to our diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver interior architecture projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the design intent is executed effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, standards, and authority approval processes.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for interior fit-out works.
• Stay informed of industry trends, materials, and innovative design practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years UAE-based experience in interior architecture, design, and fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery, finishes, and materials.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven client-facing experience.
