**Position:** Sales Representative-Interior Designer

**Type:** Full-time

#### **Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in architecture, civil engineering, or interior design to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored design solutions.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to generate new business.

- Present and promote our interior design services and solutions to potential clients.

- Conduct needs assessments and gather client requirements to propose suitable design options.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment with client expectations and project feasibility.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new design innovations.

- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote services and build connections.

- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.

#### **Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.

- Strong understanding of design principles and technical aspects of interior design.

#### **Skills:**

- Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
