Interior Designer

Role Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading creative and technical aspects of interior fit-out projects, including but not limited to:

• Conceptualizing and delivering 3D visualizations, mood boards, hand sketches, and client-facing presentations
• Developing interior design concepts and space planning aligned with client vision and functional requirements
• Preparing detailed technical and working drawings for architecture, MEP, and joinery works
• Managing the full design execution cycle, including coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments
• Creating BOQs, material lists, cost estimations, and client quotations
• Developing and maintaining project timelines, and overseeing implementation in line with project goals
• Ensuring compliance with documentation standards, inspection protocols, and local authority approval processes
• Coordinating with procurement and production teams to manage material flow and cost control effectively

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with a minimum of 3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out (residential, commercial, F&B, hospitality, villa projects)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max with V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, fit-out specifications, materials, and project approvals
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, budget controls, and project scheduling
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
