Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with expertise in various design software and project management. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their needs and preferences. The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing projects from conception through execution, ensuring that all aspects align with the client's vision and budget.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients using tools such as Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations for projects using drafting techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the renovation or construction process.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to interior design.
- Provide guidance on color theory, lighting design, and furniture selection to enhance the overall aesthetic of spaces.
- Prepare contracts and manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee all phases of a project from inception to completion.
- Knowledge of construction processes, renovation techniques, lighting sales, and budgeting practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with team members.
- A keen eye for detail with a strong understanding of drafting techniques and color theory.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
