Engage with clients to understand their specific finishing preferences, providing expert guidance and tailored design solutions.

Present and sell interior design packages to clients, highlighting the benefits and features.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Develop and present compelling finishing design proposals to clients, highlighting the added value of the chosen materials and designs.

Stay abreast of real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and buyer preferences to inform design decisions and enhance property marketability.

Develop compelling design presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Review and coordinate all outsources design packages.

Highlighting the value proposition of each property.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Sales experience to meet and exceed sales targets.

3 to 5 years of experience.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:

Sales background with an understanding of customer preferences in finishing options.

Knowledge of high-quality materials, trends, and finishes in the interior design.

Proficient in design software and a strong eye for detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
