-Working hours: 9:00AM: 6:00PM

-Days off: 2 Days

-Years of experience: from 3: 5 years

-English level: Good

-Computer Skills: Excel , ODOO CRM is an advantage

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Mid-Level Sales Representative to join our new Interior Design department.

This role will focus on generating new business through a variety of channels, including cold calling, developing partnerships with new communities, and collaborating with handover departments for new projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, a strong work ethic, and a passion for interior design.

Responsibilities:

1 • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided data lists.

2 • Qualify leads and identify customer needs and preferences.

3• Present and explain our interior design services and value proposition.

4• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

5• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

6• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

7• Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.

8• Develop and manage partnerships with new residential communities and developers.

9• Build strong relationships with handover departments for new projects to generate leads.

10• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.

11• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

12• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
