1. Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, themes, mood boards, styles.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings (2D & 3D).
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, fabrics, colours.
• Produce visualisations (renders) and presentations.

Coordination.

• Oversee project execution: site visits, quality control, and ensuring timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and any local regulations.
• Manage multiple projects (if applicable).
• Keep up to date on design trends, sustainable practices, and material sourcing.

2. Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Experience: specify years (e.g. junior: 0‑2 yrs, mid: 2‑5 yrs, senior: 5+ yrs).
• Technical skills: e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V‑Ray, Blender), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Soft skills: creativity, strong communication, ability to work with clients, project management, and attention to detail.
• Portfolio must‑have: previous work especially relevant to your project type (residential, commercial, luxury, etc.).

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
