Job Description:

Hammerhead Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior projects from initial client briefing to final installation, while maintaining high standards of design, functionality, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and corporate projects.

• Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, 3D visuals, and working drawings.

• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.

• Work closely with the production, R&D, and site teams for smooth project execution.

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

• Conduct site visits, supervise installations, and ensure design accuracy.

• Ensure all designs comply with company standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience (fresh designers with strong portfolios may also apply).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, or similar design software.

• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• A strong aesthetic sense with practical execution ability.
