Job Summary:
The Sales & Concept Designer will combine design expertise with sales acumen to provide clients with tailored interior and furniture solutions. The ideal candidate will understand client needs, conceptualize functional and aesthetically pleasing designs, and convert these into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their interior design requirements and lifestyle preferences.
• Create innovative design concepts, layouts, and furniture solutions tailored to client needs.
• Present design proposals and product recommendations to clients effectively.
• Drive sales by converting design consultations into orders and long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with the procurement, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, materials, and product innovations.
• Participate in showroom management and merchandising to create an inspiring customer experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and project details using CRM and internal systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, furniture, or related sales/design roles.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, functionality, and aesthetic sense.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D modeling tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
