Interior Designer

We’re Hiring: Interior Designer (Hands-On | Site-Based Role)

We are looking for experienced Interior Designer to manage and execute end-to-end interior projects across Hotels, Real Estate developments, and Private Villas. This is a hands-on, site-focused role requiring daily site visits and close coordination with suppliers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete interior fit-out projects from concept to handover for hotels, real estate projects, and private villas
• Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, quality, and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Manage and source materials and supplies including marble, tiles, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and fittings
• Ensure drawings, designs, and specifications are executed accurately on site
• Supervise installation works and resolve site-related issues promptly
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients
• Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and workmanship quality
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
• Control site documentation, approvals, and variations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven UAE experience in interior design projects for hotels, real estate, and private villas.
• Hands-on experience in conceptualizing and implementing design projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture specifications.
• Ability to lead on-site execution and manage contractors effectively.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
