Job Posting: Interior Designer for Modular Spaces (Café, Office, Gym & More) – SketchUp, Enscape, CAD & Adobe Skills Required

We are seeking a creative and skilled Interior Designer to design functional and aesthetically appealing modular spaces, including container cafés, offices, gyms, and more. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe design tools, with a strong ability to optimize compact spaces while maintaining visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative interior layouts for container-based spaces such as cafés, offices, gyms, retail spaces, and more.
• Create detailed 2D floor plans using AutoCAD and high-quality 3D visualizations & realistic renderings using SketchUp & Enscape.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for design presentations, branding, and conceptual visualization.
• Select materials, lighting, furniture, and finishes that enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs are practical, budget-friendly, and aligned with client needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in interior design, especially in compact, modular, or container-based structures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong space planning and visualization skills to create efficient and attractive interiors.
• Knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, and ergonomic layouts for different functional spaces.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate design concepts.
