Interior Designer & Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Interior Designer & Personal Secretary with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic design firm. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling both creative design responsibilities and executive administrative support efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design Duties:
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.)
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project reports
Executive / Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, meetings, emails, and documentation
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain project files and office records
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Interior Design (UAE experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage both creative and administrative responsibilities effectively
